Fmnularo to establish and <br />operate a trailer park on property situated at 2740 ~est ~irst Street, in ~-l <br /> <br />District, subject to conditions. ~rthur Famularo, 18142 blue ~idge Drive, <br /> <br />Santa Ana, objected to installing a chain link fence along a windbreak of <br /> <br />Bluegum trees. The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Reso- <br /> <br />lution, on motion of Councilman Hall, seconded by hubbard and carried, the <br /> <br />following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 59-155 granting Variance on Application No. 1121, <br />by modifying the recommended conditions!~ <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Variance Appl. ~o. 1122 <br />Margaret L. No. 59-156 <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Commnication was read from the Planning Commission reconanending approval of the <br />following setback lines in Tract 28o8 filed by Donald K. ~utts, which setback <br /> <br />lines are necessary to insure ample off-street parking for the proposed shopping <br /> <br />center facilities in this area; on the south side, m~asured 55 feet from and <br />at right angles to the survey center line of p~oposed Lehnhardt Avenue between <br /> <br />the east line of Verano Street and a point 520 feet east of the survey center <br /> <br />line of Verano Street; on the east side, measured 110 feet fr~n and at right <br /> <br />angles to the survey center line of Verano Street, between the south line of <br /> <br />proposed Lehnhardt Avenue and a point 210 feet north of the center line of <br /> <br />Smeltzer Avenue; and on the north side, measured 120 feet from and at right <br /> <br />angles to the survey center line of Smeltzer aVenue, between a point 207 feet <br /> <br /> <br />
