The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Reso- lution, on motion of Councilman Hall, seconded by hubbard and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution No. 59-155 granting Variance on Application No. 1121, by modifying the recommended conditions!~ was considered and passed by the following vote: Variance Appl. ~o. 1122 Margaret L. Hall to erect a building on property situated at the southwest comer of McFadden Street and Standard Avenue, in R-1 District, to be used for the operation of a market and six small shops; to provide services or products o~eded in local;ares adequate parking to be provided~ subject to conditions, be removed from the table and brought 0ack for discussion.
