No. 59-168 <br /> <br />di~tri~ ~lassificatton <br /> <br />unit prices specified in their bid, was accepted and all other bids rejected. <br /> <br />On motion of Counc1!ma- Hubbard, seconde~ by wa~ ~a~ cax,~led, the Purchasing <br />Agent was authorise~ to re-advertise for bids for the widening of Seventeenth <br />Street between Santiago and Grand Avenues; bids to be opeue~ ~uly 20, 1959, and <br />cancelling the previous .Minute Order dated June 1, 1959. <br /> <br />This being the date set for heart-~ on the -n~xation of property consisting of <br />apprort-ately 94 acres, located on the east side of Tustin Avenue, extending <br />from 17th Street south to a point approwt:m~tely 540 feet north of center line <br />of First Street , no protests were received, and the hearing was declared close~. <br />The Council having ,,-~imously waive~ the re~t!-g of the l~eeolution, on motion <br /> <br />of COuno~lw~n Gould, seconded by Hall and carried, the following Resolution <br /> <br />entitled: <br /> <br /> '~esolution No. 59-168 requesting the l~-nt-g C~wmtssion to <br /> initiate proceedings to ~--Ee district classification" <br />of that certain real property in the Cou~ of Or--ge, State of California, <br />/_described as Assessor's Parcel Numbers 62-1~O-11 and 6~1~O-16, the same bet~ <br /> <br /> a portion of Lot 1 of the Felipe Yorha Tract, in "Tustin and Fourth ~ast Annex'~ <br /> fran R-1 District to C-1 District, <br />/Xas considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />
