On motion of Counc~!man Eubbard, seconded by Eall and carried, the petttio~ from Mfntz Developnent Company requesting abandonment of $,l)ivan Street on the south line of Caster Street to the south boundary of Tract No. 2511, was referred to the Pla-nf~g Co~mission for appropriate action. On motion of Counc~ Hubbard, seconded by Na~ and carried, the request of M~Ascular Dystrol~ay Associations of America, Inc., was granted to solicit funds during the month of December~ 1959. On motion of Coun¢!~m~n Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, bond in the s~ of $94,000.00 filed by FaLrview Homes for Improvements on Oenter Street, Elder Avenue, Jau Way, Wilshire Avenue, Shelley Street, Wood Street, Townsend Street and Raitt, Street, ia Tract No. B355, was ordered released and improvements accepted as ccm]~leted. The Council having ~n~imously waived the rending of the Resolution, on motion of Coun¢tlm~ Hubbard, seconded by Br~er and carried, the follo~ Resolution entitled: '~esolution No. 59-175 granting approval for the destruction of miscellaneous duplicate records in custody of the Purchasing Agent" was considered and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Co~u¢tlm~n Royal E.
