It was moved by Council- <br />man Hubbard that the 90-day extension of time be granted. The Council having <br />unanimously waived the reading of the Besolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, <br />seconded by Gould and carried, the follow~,g Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 59-185 approving map and declar~ng intention to <br /> vacate a portion of Sullivan Street between Caster Street and <br /> the south boundary of Tract No. 2511" <br /> <br />setting the date of bearing on September 8, 1959, was considered and passed by the <br />following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Heinly <br /> <br />Ccmmnmication was read from the Planning Commission advising of election of W. B. <br />~oore as Chairman and Theo Jessee as Vice-Chailw,~- of the Pl~-~ning C~.mission, and <br />on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the communication <br />was received and filed. <br /> <br />Co--cation was read from the Planning Cs-.,1 ssion recommending approval to establish <br />future right-of-way lines on both sides of Hazard Avenue between Harbor Boulevard and <br />Ward Street, measured 42 feet from and at right a~gles to the survey center line, <br />and on both sides of Sugar Avenue between Harbor Boulevard and Ward Street, measured <br />~2 feet from and at right ~gles to the survey center line. The Council having <br />,,-~-tmously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, <br />seconded by Gould and carried, the following Besolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 59-186 declaring intention to establish future <br /> right of way lines along Hazard Avenue and S~gar Avenue" <br /> <br />setting the date of hearing on August 17, 1959, was considered and passed by the <br />following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes~ Councilmen Royal E. Williams adjusting a lot line which <br />affects ~wu r~sidential lots located north of Ninth Street on the west side of King <br />Street, subject to a condition. On motion of Councflm-n Hubbard, seconded by GOuld <br />and carried, Prelim~n-~y Record of Survey Map filed by R. D.
