<br /> Syc~,~re Street, with Bernard and Oecelia M. Becker, providing pa2ment of $100.00
<br /> per month to apply to the purchase price of the property and interest on the
<br /> paid balamce at the rate of $113.00 per month; smd the City be authorized a~d
<br /> structed to pay the c.~i ssion due the Real Estate Broker on the sale of the property.
