<br />It was moved hy Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould a~d carried, that escrow!
<br />instructions, dated September l, 1959, be appreved and signed with Juliette Tiernan
<br />for street ease~ nt over the easterly lO feet of property known and numbered as
<br />
<br />902 North Main Street, for the widening of said street, without cash consideration
<br />from said City;and agreement with the City that said owner, in consideration of the
<br />sum of $36,000.00, will pay all costs involved in the removal of the fret of the
<br />store building from said lO-foot street easement, and the reconstruction of the
<br />front of said building.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of t~e Resolution, on motion of
<br />
<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by GOuld and carried, the following Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Resolution No. 59-237 accepting deed where City is paying no cash
<br /> consideratic~ for the real property conveyed but is paying through
<br /> escrow the sum of $36,000.00 for the removal of the front ~said
<br /> building"
