Sive et al Om motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, proper authorities were ~thorized to e~cute agreement, da~ed September 8, 1959, with J. W. Lenney, Developer, covering collection of disposal of sewage for a period of ten years from auy person connecting into sewerage facilities other than pzoperties within Tract No. 2109 and Tract No. 3~7, as follows: On the south side of Fruit Street fr~ the prolongation of the east property line of Tract No. 2109, to a mm~hole located 7.55 feet west c~the prolongatioh of the west property line of Tract No. 3~7, the sum of $1.374 per front foot. On the north side of Fruit Street from the prolongation of the west property line of Tract No. 3447 to the manhole next hereinabove located, t~e sum of $1.374 per front foot. The Council having unanimously waived the readLu~ of the Resolution~ on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the folloming Resolution entitled: .Resolution No. 59-234 of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana adopting budget and approving ~orandum of agreement for expendi- ture of gas tax allocation for m~ or city streets" to Cities for the fiscal year 1959-1960, was considered and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Huboard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr. Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall Noes~ Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen Dale H. Heinly The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, secor~ed by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution No. 59-235 a~thorizing execution of deed to property at the southwest corner of Walnut and Artesia StreetS" cc~veying an 18-foot strip of property along the south side of Walnut Street, west of Artesia Street, to Nm. aniVirginia Guzman, was considered and passed by the following vote: Aye s, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr. Bob Brewer~ ~. A. HaL1 Noes, Councilmen Noo~ Absent, Councilmen Dale H. Heinly The Comlcil having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seceded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution entitlec~ "Resolution No. 59-236 accepting deeds where City is paying no cash consideration" from Elsa Reuter Armstrong for street easement om the East side of North Main Street~ North of 20th Street; from Louis J. an~ Marian N. Cella and Eugene B. Sire for street easement on the East side of North Main Street, North of 2Oth Street; from Santa Aha Medical Arts,Inc. for an easement for all vehicular access rights on the North side to Seventeenth Street~ East c~ ~ncoln; from Bank of America, National Trust and Savings Association~ for all vehicular access rights on the South side of Tenth Street, West of~ Sp~rgeon Street; fzom Burroughs Corporation~ for all vehicular access rights to Bristol, Delhi and Segerstrom Streets; from Commerce Park Investment Comp any, Inc. for street easement over Susan Street and Pendleton Avenue, North of Delhi Road; from Albert and Blanche Br~ quitcla~ming a~y interest to an irrigation line across King Street, North of F~rst Street; and fr~ Arthur Herbert and Betty Ann Shipk~y and Gerald W. and Clsire Shipkey, granting an easement am~ right-of-way for street and highway purposes over the North side of Edinger~ West of Sullivso Street, was considered and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Noe s, Councilmen Absent, Coanct~men Royal E.
