Lenney, <br /> <br />Developer, covering collection of disposal of sewage for a period of ten years from <br /> <br />auy person connecting into sewerage facilities other than pzoperties within Tract <br /> <br />No. 2109 and Tract No. 3~7, as follows: <br /> <br /> On the south side of Fruit Street fr~ the prolongation of the east property <br /> line of Tract No. 2109, to a mm~hole located 7.55 feet west c~the prolongatioh <br /> of the west property line of Tract No. 3~7, the sum of $1.374 per front foot. <br /> On the north side of Fruit Street from the prolongation of the west property <br /> line of Tract No. 3447 to the manhole next hereinabove located, t~e sum of <br /> $1.374 per front foot. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the readLu~ of the Resolution~ on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the folloming Resolution entitled: <br /> <br />.Resolution No. 59-234 of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />adopting budget and approving ~orandum of agreement for expendi- <br />ture of gas tax allocation for m~ or city streets" <br /> <br />to Cities for the fiscal year 1959-1960, was considered and passed by the following <br /> <br />vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Heinly <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, secor~ed by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 59-235 a~thorizing execution of deed to property <br />at the southwest corner of Walnut and Artesia StreetS" <br /> <br />cc~veying an 18-foot strip of property along the south side of Walnut Street, west <br /> <br />of Artesia Street, to Nm. aniVirginia Guzman, was considered and passed by the <br /> <br />following vote: <br /> <br />Aye s, Councilmen <br /> <br />Royal E.
