John M. Hey, representing the applicant, stated he has three lots <br /> <br />south of Occdd~ntal Street, on which the developer is planning to constr~ct four- <br /> <br />unit duplexes on all of the lots, and objected to the alley requirement. On motion <br />of Councilman GoUld, seconded by Hubbard and carried, Tentative Tract Map No. 3594,i <br />filed by Patty Lumber Compar~f, was approved, subject to conditions, and proceedings <br /> <br />be instituted to abandon the alley. <br /> <br />Roll Call Ayes, Councilmen Royal E.
