Sandy Steiner, and on motion of Council- ~an Hubbard,i secended by Heinly and carried, approval wasgranted for payment to R~D. CreWl~.in the amount of $449.05, in conformance with the City's policy. Communication was read from the Department of Puhlic Works regarding request of Gilbert and Stearns, Inc. for additional /extension of time for the completion of the revised electrical services for the Library, and recommending approval of the completion date for this construction as of November 22, 1959. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, secca~dedby Brewer and carried, approval was ~ranted to Gilbert and Stearns, Inc. ~or an extension of time to Novemher~2R, 1959. On recommendation of the Department of Public Norks, and on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, permission was granted to Fred C. Piepen- brink to drill a 6" domestic water well on property located 150 feet west of the center line ~ Harbor Boulevard and 335 feet north of the center line of Sugar Stre~.
