<br />meeting. Opinion No. 221 fr~n the City Attorney was presented in regard to the

<br />splitting of a parcel to produce two lots of substan~-rd width, amd split of parcels
<br />
<br />to leave lots of substandard size, and on motion of Council~n Hubbard, seconded by
<br />
<br />Gould and carried, Opinion No. 221 was received and filed.

<br />C~unication was read from the Planning Department recommending approval of Prelfmt~-
<br />
<br />ary Record of Survey, filed by F. F. Mead, creating four industrial parcels located
<br />
<br />at the northeast corner of Grand Avenue (McOlay Street) and Delhi Road, subject to
<br />
<br />conditions. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the
<br />
<br />Preliminary Record of Survey Map was approved, subJece to conditions.
<br />
<br />On m~tien of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, proper officials
<br />
<br />were authorized to execute agreement dated November ~, 1959, with the Townsend Com-
<br />pany~ Identi-Kit Divisien, for two years, to lease "Identi-Kit Serial Number ~8-59"
<br />at a rental of $300.00 per year, payable in advance at the rate of $25.00 per month.
<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of
<br />
<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould end carried, the following Ordinance entitled:

<br />"Ordinance No. NS-416 establishing future right-of-way lines along
<br />Harbor Boulevard and Verauo and Seventeenth Streets"
