Martin, et al <br /> <br />On motion of Cou~c~!~an Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the rec~e~dation <br />of the Planning Department was approved, and Preliminary Record of Survey, filed by <br />JaY Brooks, dividing into two parcels property located at the northeast corner of <br />Sullivan Street and McFadden Avenue, was approved, subject to conditions. <br /> <br />Om motion of Counc~lm~- Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the recommendation <br />of the Plamning Department was approved,and Preliminary Record of Survey, filed by <br />Bendix Aviation Corporation, dividing a parcel located generally 600 feet north of <br />McFadden Avenue on the east side of Grand Avenue (McClay Street) was approved, <br />subject to conditions. <br /> <br />C~mmunication was read from the P]a-~ing Deparbment recommending approval of Prelim- <br />inary Record of Survey, filed by Oharline Watson, creating three single-family <br />residential lots located on the east side of Mar-Less Place, a private street, <br />south of Seventeenth Street and west of the 8~uta Ann River, subject to conditions. <br />Mr. C. A. Watson, 1~55 Superior Avenue, Costa Mesa, stated the only ingress or <br />egress to his property is through another street; there are no sidewalks and very <br />few curbs in this tract, and objected to the requirement of installation of side- <br />walk, curbs and gutters. Om motion of ColAnc~lm~ Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and <br />carried, Preliminary Record of Survey map was approved, subject to conditions with <br />the exception of sidewalks. <br /> <br />Communication was read from the Planning Department recommending approval of Prelim- <br />inary Record of Survey, filed by Bay Harbor Builders, Inc., creating four single- <br />family residential lots located on the east side of Mar-Less Place, a private street, <br />south of Seventeenth Street and west of the ~anta Ann River, subject to conditions. <br />Mr. C. A. Watson, 1455 Superior Avenue, Costa Mesa, stated the lots were sold and <br />a house was built,with the Utility Release already issued. Director of Public <br /> <br />Works stated the lots were not recorded. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded <br />by Gould and carried, the matter was referred to the Manager and Attorney for in- <br />vestigation and report of the legal impliCations. <br /> <br />Comm~uication was read from the Planning Department recommending approval of Tenta- <br />tive Tract Map No. 362~, filed by Orange County Realty, creating eleven single= <br />f,mtl~y residential lots located at the northwest corner of Greenville and Harvard <br />Stx~ets, subject to conditions. Attorney Scott Raymond, 5080 Clifton Way, Buena <br />Park, requested the improvements on Greenville Street be deferred to a later date, <br />as Greenville and Harbor Streets wiil not be improved for sc~e time, and the property <br />~mmediately north and south of Harvard and Greenville Streets is not now improved. <br /> <br />On motion of CounciLman Gould, seconded by Heinly and carried, Tentative Tract Map <br />No. ~62~ was approved, subject to the conditions, except the condition requiring the <br />improvement on Greenville Street be waived; an agreemant to be entered into and re- <br />corded to ~ke the improvements if and when Lot II is developed, or within a period <br /> <br />of five years, whichever occurs first. <br />" recemme~datie~1 <br />On motion of Cou~cilm~n Hubbard, seconded by Hein~ and carried, the <br /> <br />of the Planning Department was approved, and Tentative Tract Map No. 36~8, filed by <br />Harry R.
