<br />On motion of Counc]lm~B Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, Map of Tract No.
<br />B505, filed by Steven J. and l~Ath M. DuHart, and Harry Tancredi for Metropolitan
<br />Savings & Loan Associatian, for the dedication of Fcmrtee~h, Sixtee~h, S ~teenth
<br />Sts.and Eastside Avenue; also offer for dedicatian all vehicular access rights
<br />to Seventeenth Street to the City, was approved, subject to the filing of proper
<br />bond in the amount of $21,500.00; license fee in the amount of $1,200.00 accepted,
<br />and agreement covering improvements ordered signed.

<br />On motion of Counc~]mmu Hubbard, seconde~ by Gould amd carried, proper officials
<br />were authorized to execute the two arterial highway agreements l~tween the County
<br />and the City for the improvement of the following: First Street between the Santa
<br />Aha River and a point 1~0 feet easterly, Project 11o. J~; an~ Fairvzew Street be-
<br />twaen Delhi Road end Edinger Street, Project No. 37.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of
<br />Counc~lm-~ Hubbaixl, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Ordinance entitled:

<br /> "Ordinance No. NS-218 amending Article IX of the Santa Ama Municipal
<br /> Code to change district classification on Amendment Almplication No.
<br /> 295 and to amend Sectional District Nap lO-5-10"

<br />initiated by the Planning Commission, to reclassify from the R-1 District to the
<br />R-2 District, l~r~erties in the West Santa Aha Annex within the area bounded by
<br />Westminster Avenue, Seventeenth Street, Harbor Boulevard end Bolsa-First Street,
<br />and S1~11 ivan-King-Berrydale Streets, was considered and passed by the following
