Hefn]y <br /> <br />The Council having unanimemsly waived the rending of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 59-302 accepting deeds where City is paying <br /> no cash consideratio~ for said grants" <br /> <br />from The Texas Company granting an easement for street purposes for the widening <br /> <br />of North Main Street, without cash consideration, but where the City is paying <br />$5,812.OO, which represents the cost of removal of a portion of the gasoline facili- <br />ties at the northeast corner of Sixteenth and North Main Streets; from Greschner- <br />Rabec, a partnership, and Floyd and Margaret Blower, granting to the City a strip <br />of land 22 feet wide beginning 410.56 feet East of the Southwest corner of Section <br />11, and e~tanding ~terl~ 854 fe~t, for the widening of First Street on the north <br />side; from Delhi-Main Industrial Park for street easement on Broadway, Central and <br />the Easterly half of Birch Street; from Carols M. amd Arthur H. Fa~,la~o for street <br />easements for portions of First and Sullivan Streets; and from Henry, Yvonne deC., <br />Harold, Jr., Jeanette, Auton, Nellie, Harold, Veronica and Ann Segerstrom, for <br />easement for road and utility purposes over a portion of Lot 7 of the Williams Tract, <br />as per map in Book 30, Page 14 of Deeds, Records of Los Angeles County, was con- <br />sidered end passed by the foll~ing vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E.
