<br /> Allen Schwartz, Admiral Aluminum Blind and A~mings, for alleged damage of a patdo
<br /> awning display by a fallen Oity-owned tree on property at 1214 W. Fifth Street,
<br /> in the amount of $135.00, was referred to the Attorney and Insurance Carrier.

<br />The Council having unanimously w~ived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
<br />Counci]mmn ~ubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution en-
<br />titled:

<br />giving the City an easement over the west 20 feet of the south one-half of the
<br />north-east quarter of the north-east quarter of Section 17, Township 5 South,
<br />Range l0 West, S.B.B. and M., w~s considered and passed by the following vote:
