Fifth Street, <br /> in the amount of $135.00, was referred to the Attorney and Insurance Carrier. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously w~ived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br />Counci]mmn ~ubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution en- <br />titled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 59-333 concerning parking limitations and curb <br /> markings in accordance therewith" <br /> <br />establishin~ a Red Zone on the west side of Sycamore Street between Cuhbon Street and <br />McFadden Avenue, at the Spurgeon Elementary School, reference request of Mr. H. M. <br />Nichols, Supervisor~ Business Services, City Schools~ w~S considered and passe~ <br />by the fol3owing vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen Stanley C~ Gould, Jr., Dale H. Heinly <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br />Counc~]~nan Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the followJ~ng Resolution en- <br />t it led: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 59-334 concerning parking limitations and curb <br /> m~rkings in accordance therewith" <br /> <br />establishing a "No Parking" Zone on Edgewood Street between North Main Street and <br />Birch Street, and installin~" No Parking Any Time" signs, as recommended by the <br />Department of Public Works, was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />~yes, Counc~men Royal E. Heinly <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the R~solution, on motion of <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer smd carried, the following Resolution en- <br />t it led: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 59-335 accepting grant of easement for <br /> drainage purposes, without cash consideration" <br /> <br />from John Monroe Ward, as Executor of the Estate of Dora Ella W~.r~ offering <br />to the City a gr~nt of easement for drainage purposes dated December 16, 1959, <br />giving the City an easement over the west 20 feet of the south one-half of the <br />north-east quarter of the north-east quarter of Section 17, Township 5 South, <br />Range l0 West, S.B.B. and M., w~s considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen Stanley C. Gould, Jr., Dale H. Heinly <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motfon of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, secouded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 59-336 permitting the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway <br /> Cc~,Lpany to lay its railroad track and to run its ears across Ritchey Street <br /> in the City of Santa Ana, and rescinding Resolution No. 59-29~" <br /> <br />requesting a permit fcrthe construction, maintenance end operation of two spur tracks <br />across Ritchey Street, south of McFadden Street, for the proposed new plant of the <br />Deardorff-Jackson Company, was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E.
