The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on <br />motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolu- <br />tion entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 59-319 declaring intention to change a portion of <br /> Ritchey Street to a local street" <br /> <br />setting the date of hearing on February 15, 1960, was considered and passed by the <br />following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen Stanley C. Gould, Jr., Dale H. Heinly <br /> <br />Conmmnication was read from the Planning Commission recommending approval to es- <br />tablish future right-of-way lines on both sides of Standard Avenue, between First <br />Street and Delhi Road, 40 feet measured from and at right angles to the survey <br />center line; on both sides of Ritchey Street, between McFadden Avenue and the <br />easterly extension of Edinger Street, ~2 feet measured from and at right -ngles to <br />the survey center line; and on both sides of Fruit Street, between French Street and <br />Grand Avenue, 40 feet measured from and at right angles to the survey center line. <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution eh- <br />titled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 59-320 declaring intention to establish future <br /> right-of-way lines along portions of Standard Avenue, Ritchey <br /> and Fruit Streets" <br /> <br />setting the date of hearing on January 18, 1960, was considered and passed by the <br />following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Bob B~ewer, A. A. Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen St-~ley C. Gould, Jr., Dale H. Heinly <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, Map of Tract No. <br />2033, filed by Savage Construction Co.,Inc., for the dedication as public highways, <br />Verano Street, Bolsa Avenue, coOPer Street, and Henderson Place; also offer for <br />dedication an easement for drainage purposes as shown and ell vehicul,r access <br />rights to Verano Street and Bolsa Avenue, except at street intersections; and bond <br />in the Bum of $~7,000.00 were approved~ license fee in the sum of $2)500.00 accepted <br />and agreement covering improvements ordered signed. <br /> <br />C~maunication was again read from the Planning Department recommending approval of <br />Preliminary Record of Survey, filed by Bay Harbor Builders, Inc., creating four <br />single-family residential lots located on the east side of Mar-Less Place, a <br />private street, south of Seventeentb Street, and west of the Santa Aua River, <br />subject to conditions. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and <br />carried, Preliminary Record of Survey map was approved, subject to conditions. <br /> <br />On motion of Counci]m~n Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and. carried, the recc~mendation <br />of the Planning Department was approved, and Preliminary Record of Survey, f~led by <br />Electrodata Division of Burroughs Corporation, dividing a parcel located between <br />Segerstrem Avenue and Delh~ Road on the west side of Bristol Street, was approved, <br />subject to conditions. <br /> <br /> <br />
