<br />
<br />creating five industrial parcels located at the southeast corner of Mountain View
<br />
<br />Street end First Street (Bolsa Avenue) was approved, subject to conditions.

<br />0u motion of Councilmen Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the reeo:m~endatioa

<br />of the Planning Department was approved, end Tentative Tract Map No. 3637, filed by
<br />
<br />LeMount Corporation, creatiug 60 sing~e-famil$, resideutial lots located east of
<br />
<br />Laird .%'breet, south of Marry Lane, west of the S~nta Ana River and north of Trask
<br />
<br />Avenue, was approved~ subject to cOnditions.

<br />On motion of Councilmen Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, proper officials
<br />
<br />were authorized to execute the following lease agreements:

<br /> Renewal of Lease Agreement with the County for Superintendent of Schools
<br />quarters Rooms 142, 1~3, 1~4, 1~% 1~6, 1~7, 201, 202, 216, 217, 218, 220, 222,
<br />223, 22~, 225, 226, 228, 229, 230, 2~0, 2~1, 242, 2~3, 24~ and 2~5 thereof, as
<br />well as the Audio-Visual Building, at 1104 West Eighth Street~ and
<br />
<br /> Renewal of Lease Agreement with the County for Agricultural Department quar-
<br />ters at ll04 West Eighth Street, Room 2/1 and part of Room 210.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motism of
<br />
<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer smd carried, the following Ordinance entitled:

<br /> Code to change district classification on Application No. 298 ~nd
<br /> to amend Sectional District Map 28-5-10"
