<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of

<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution entitled:

<br />"Resolution No 59-B21 des~gnating Security First National Bank
<br />as the depository for City of Santa Ana funds effective
<br />January l, 1960~ and designating signatures authorized for the
<br />purpose of withdrawal of said funds"
<br />
<br />was considered and passed by the following vote:

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of

<br />Counc~lman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution entitled~

<br />"Resolution No. 59-392 of the Council of the City of Santa Ana requesting
<br />the County of Orange to include within the Arterial Highway Financing
<br />Program the development of Bolsa Avenue"
<br />
<br />to improve Bolsa Avenue from Harbor Boulevard to 600 feet west of Maxine Street,
<br />was considered and passed by the following vote=
