<br />by Biggers Investments, to erect a 60-foot by 157-foot addition to the existing

<br />furniture store, without providing one-third of the total lot area for parking,
<br />
<br />on property at ilO0 Norbh Main Street (through to North Sycamore Street) in the
<br />
<br />C-2-PK District, wes granted, subject to conditions.

<br />On motion of Councilm~u Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the recommendation
<br />
<br />of the Planning C~m~lssion was approved and a ninety-day extension of time was
<br />
<br />granted on Variance Application No. 1056, filed by Broadway and Walnut Church of
<br />
<br />Christ, 1220 and 1S10 No. King Street, to permit construction of a church auditorium
<br />
<br />and Bible School classroc~s, with parking facilities~ in the R-1 District.

<br />way lines along portions of Fourth and Eighth Streets"
<br />
<br />setting the date of hearing on February 1, 1960, was considered and passed by the
