<br />for the purchase of certain property for park purposes, consisting of 11.56 acres,
<br />
<br />and in consideration of a cash payment by the City of Ssnta Aha, of the present
<br />
<br />market value of said lan&, Was considered and passed by the following vote:

<br />

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbszxt, seconded by Brewer and carried, bond in the sum

<br />of $87,000.00, filed by D. & N. Estates, Inc., for the improvements of River fane,
<br />
<br />Sharon Roexl, McEvoy Lane, Park Lane, Marcella Lane, Loretta ~,ne and Patti Lane;
<br />and a portion of Garden Grove Boulevard, in Tract No. 2887, was ordered released
<br />
<br />and improvements accepted as completed.
