Gould, Jr. <br />Absent, CounciLmen None <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Gould, secc~ded by Hubbard and carried, the following Resolution entitle~: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 60-5 accepting deeds where the <br />City is paying no cash consideration" <br /> <br />from Santa Fe Land Improvement C~,~pauy for street easement on the east side of <br /> <br />Lyon Street, south of McFadden Avauue, and Wilshire Avenue from Ritchey Street to <br /> <br />Lyon Street; from Santa Fe Land Improvement Company for street easement on the <br /> <br />~st s~de of Ritchey Street, south of McFadden Avenue, and the south side of <br /> <br />McFadden Avenue from Ritchey Street to Lyon Street; from Don L. and Gloria J. WeberI <br /> <br />for street easement over the east side of McClay Street, south of Warren Street; <br /> <br />and from Don L. and Gloria J. Estates, Inc., for the improvements of River fane, <br /> <br />Sharon Roexl, McEvoy Lane, Park Lane, Marcella Lane, Loretta ~,ne and Patti Lane; <br />and a portion of Garden Grove Boulevard, in Tract No. 2887, was ordered released <br /> <br />and improvements accepted as completed. <br /> <br /> <br />
