Hail <br />Noes, Councilme~ None <br />Absent, Councilmen None <br /> <br />On motim of Councilman Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the Manager was <br /> <br />instructed to take immediate and appropriate steps to eliminate the left turn at <br /> <br />Bristol and 17th Streets, by either the installation of a three-way signal, or by <br /> <br />eliminating parking on both si~es of Bristol Street, adequate to provide for left <br /> <br />turn lanes. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by Neinly and carried, the written recom- <br /> <br />mendation of the Manager, dated December 31, 1959, for salary step increases for <br /> <br />one employee, effective January 1, 1960, and twelve employees, effective February <br />1960, was approved. <br /> <br /> <br />
