Council Chamber <br />Santa Aha City Hall <br />January 18, 1960. 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />City Council met in regular session. <br />Meeting called to order by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmen <br /> <br />Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr., <br />Dale H. Heinly, Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall <br /> <br />Absent: Councilmen None <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was given. <br /> <br />Invocation was given by Reverend Robert Bonhall, Episcopal Church of the Messiah. <br /> <br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes <br />of Jan%~wy 4, 1960~ reading of the Minutes w~s dispensed with and <br />approved on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and <br />carried. <br /> <br />Hearing <br />Amend.Appl. No. 303 <br />initiated by Plann.Comm. <br />0rdfnance <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing on Amendment Application No. 303~ initiated by <br />the Planning C~Lission, amending Sectional District Map 30-5-9, to reclassify from <br />the R-1 District to the M-1 District, properties located on the south side of Dyer <br />Bond, between Main and Oak Streets, described as follows: (a) That property having <br /> <br />330 feet of frontage on Dyer Road and extending southerly 536.60 feet, all located <br /> <br />approximately 330 feet east of the centerline of Main Street; (b) That property <br /> <br />having 330 feet of frontage on Dyer Road and extending southerly 668.53 feet, all <br />located approximately 1000 feet east of the centerline of Main Street; no protests <br /> <br />were received and the hearing was closed.
