On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer <br /> <br />and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance emending Article IX of the Senta Aha ~nieipal Code <br /> to change district classification om A~endment Application No. <br /> 286 and to amend Sectional D~strict Map 27-5-10, Exhibit B" <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing on Amendment Application No. 301, initiated <br /> <br />the Planning C~ission, emending Sectional District Map 9-5-10, as shown on Ex- <br />hibit B, to reclassify from the ~-1 District to the A-i, R-2, C-1-PK and C-2-PK <br />Districts, properties in the area bounded by Westminster Avenue, Harbor Boulevard,i <br /> <br />Bolsa Avenue and Verano Street; no protests were received and the hearing was <br /> <br />closed. On motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the <br /> <br />following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance amending Article IX of the Senta Aha Municipal Code <br /> to change district classification on Amendment Application No. <br /> 301 and amending Sectional District M~p 9-5-10" <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing to establish future right-of-way lines on the <br />west side of Broadway, between First and Wa/nut Streets, 38 feet, measured from <br />and st right angles to the survey eenterline; on the east ~mde of Broadway, betwee~ <br /> <br />Firct and Walnut Streets, ~2 feet, measured from and at right angles to the survey!i <br /> of,Broadway, <br />centerline; and on both sides/ between Walnut and Main Streets, 40 feet, measured <br /> <br />from and at r~ght angles to the survey centerline; apetition was presented~ signe~. <br />by approximately 88 persons, protesti~ the future right-of-way lines on both sides <br /> <br />of Broadway, between Walnut and Main Streets, and on motion of Councilman Ilubbard,: <br /> <br />seconded by Heinly and carried, the petition was received and filed.
