Hart, 232-I Spurgeon Street, pretested that since September, 1957~ the <br />occupant of property at 2313 Spurgeon Street has been conducting a woodcutting <br /> <br />business in an R-1 residential district, and that trucks, equipment and transientll <br />workmen are present on the premises.
