376 <br /> <br />City Council met in regular session. <br />Meeting called to order by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr., <br /> Dale H. Heinly, Bob Brewer, ~. ^. Hall <br /> <br />Absent ~ Councilmen No~e <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was given. <br /> <br /> As Reverend James Turner did not appear to give the Invocation, <br /> the meeting was opened with a silent prayer. <br /> <br />~JEach member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes <br /> of February 1, 1960, it was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by <br /> Brewer and carried, that the Minutes of February 1, 1960, in Record <br /> Book 20, Page 368, with reference to Variance Application No. 1246, <br /> filed by Ray B. Price, and Resolution No. 60-17 granting Variance on <br /> said application, where one condition is modified, be corrected to <br /> read "to provide that McFadden Avenue shall be the northerly boundary <br /> of the area mentioned in modified, condition (e) in place of the <br /> Atchison, Tnpeka & Santa Fe right-of-way, and owner is to complete the <br /> street work within 120 days fr~m completion of any such work in the <br /> area so bounded north of the property to McFadden Avenue," and said <br /> Minutes, as corrected, were approved. <br /> <br />Council Chamber <br />Santa Aha City Hall <br />February 15, 1960 <br /> <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br /> <br />
