Hubbard, Dale H. Heinly, Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen Stanley C. Gould, Jr. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 60-33 authorizing execution of a grant of easement <br /> to the Southern Cslifornia Edison Company" <br /> <br />to supply electric energy by underground conduits to a vault located on City proper- <br />ty, between Sixth and Eighth Streets, known as the Civic Center, was considered and <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Dale H.Heinly, Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen Stanley C. Gould, Jr. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Resolution entit- <br /> <br />led: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 60-34 accepting deed where the City is <br />paying no cash consideration" <br /> <br />from Francis E. and Ruth E. Penhall, conveying au easement for water main purposes <br /> <br />on the south side of Bolsa Avenue, east of Harbor Boulevard, was considered and <br /> <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Dale H. Heinly, Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen Stanley C. Gould, Jr. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Brewer and carried, the Attorney was <br /> <br />instructed to prepare a proposed Ordinance regulating taxicabs, and to provide for <br /> <br />a hearing and certificate of convenience and necessity for any additional taxicabs <br /> <br />in Santa Aha, <br /> <br />The Council having <br /> <br />unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance No. NS-432 establishing f~ture right-of-way lines along <br />portions of Standard Avenue, Ritehey Street and Fruit Street" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Dale H. Heinly, Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen Stanley C.
