Survey~ filed by Delhi-Main Industrial Park, creating four industrial sites, located generally at the southwest corner of Delhi Road and Main Street, and bond in the sum of $50,000.00 were approved; license fee not required as it is industrial pro- perry, and agreement covering improvements ordered signed. On motio~ cd' Councilman Hubbard, secc~lded by Brewer and carried, Map of Tract No. 2~82, filed by Cunuingham Builders, Inc., for the dedication of Chestnut Avenue, Myrtle Street, Camile Street, Warren Street, Standard Avenue, Bishop Street, Hunter Avenue, Grant Street, Wakeham Avenue, Wisteria Place, and alleys; and dedication of all vehicular access rights to Chestnut Avenue, Standard Avenue and Bishop Street west of Standard Avenue, and bond in the sum of $105,000.00 were approved; license fee { in the sum of $3,900.00 accepted, and agreement covering improvements ordered s~ gned. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, Map of Tract No. -~ 3030, filed by Nyanza Park Estates, Inc., for the dedicatiou of Tenth Street, Ninth Street, Klco Avenue, Eighth Street, Hawley Street and English Street; and dedication of all vehicular access rights to Eighth Street, except at street inter- fee sections, and bond in the sum of $55,000.00 were approved; licens~in the amount of $2,350.00 accepted, and agreement covering improvements ordered signed. On motion of Council,~, Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, Map of Tract No. 3423, filed by Cardinal Homes, for the dedication of Fairview Street, Marine Street, King Street, Everglade Street, Sullivan Street, McFadden Avenue, Lingan Lane, Adrian Dahl Lane, and alley; and dedication~ll vehicular access rights to Fairview Way, Street and McFadden Avenue, except at street and alley intersections, and easement for waterline and walkway purposes as show~, and bond in the sum of $165,000.00 fee were approved; license/in the amount of $6,700.00 accepted, and agree~ covering improvements ordered signed. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, proper officials were authorized to execute renewal of Lease No. DA-O4-376-NG-251 with the California Air National Guard, for rental of certain facilities at the Ccmumznity Center, for a period of one year, beginning Jttly 1, 1960, at a rental of $100.00 per month, said lease to be subject to termination by either party upon ninety days written notice, and in the event extensions are requested, such extensions be denied. It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, that escrow instructions No. ~4326-C, dated January 19, 1960, be approved and signed with Hubert Melton and Eena Melton, conveying property located on the north side of Fairview Avenue and Edinger Street, and for improvements on Sullivan Street, in consideration of $20,000.00. The Council having unanimously waived the read~E of the Resolmtien, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded By Brewer and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution No. 60-31 accepting grant deed where City is paying cash consideration" from Hubert and Rena Melton, in consideration of payment of $20,000.00, conveying a strip of land 52 feet in width along the north side of Edinger Street, at Fair- view Avenue, and a parcel of lami 118 feet in width north of Edinger Street, as an and · improvements on Sullivan Street, extension of Fairview Avenue,/ was considered and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Dale N. Heluly, Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen Stanley C. Gould, Jr.
