Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen None <br /> <br />The Cou~.cil having unemimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried~ the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Re ' <br /> solution No. 60-hl authorizing execation of a quitclaim <br /> deed granting access to Westminster Avenue" <br /> <br />to M. Shinoda and Sadako Shinoda, quitclaiming all vehicular access rights to West- <br />minster Avenue over the westerly 16.00 feet of the easterly 103.87 feet of Lot 23, <br /> <br />Tract No. 3523, was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard~ Stanley C. Gould, Jr., Dale H. Heinly, <br /> Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen None <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Heinly, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 60-42 authorizing condemmation of four parcels of real <br /> property for the widening and improving of First Street east of the <br /> Santa Aha River and rescinding Resolution No. 60-3" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr., Dale H. Heinly, <br /> Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen None <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Neimly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"0rdirance No. NS-~3~ ordering and providing for a Special Municipal <br /> Election to be held in that territory designated 'South Santa Ana <br /> Annex No. 2' on April 26, 1960, for the purpose of submitting to <br /> the voters in said territory the question of annexation to the <br /> City of Santa Ana" <br /> <br />changing the date of election from April 5, 1960 to April 26, 1960, was considered <br /> <br />and passed by the follow-/ng vo{e: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E.
