<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of

<br />Councilman Gould, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Ordinance entitled
<br />
<br />"Ordinance No. NS-~3 ordering and providing for a Special Municipal
<br /> Election to be held in certain territory designated ~Berrydale and
<br /> Trask N.E. Annex' on May 10, 1960, for the purpose of submitting
<br /> to the voters of said territory the question of annexation to the
<br /> City of Santa Ana"

<br />name of 'Baims Annex No. l' for said territory and giving notice
