Annex' on May 10, 1960, for the purpose of submitting <br /> to the voters of said territory the question of annexation to the <br /> City of Santa Ana" <br /> <br />was donsidered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />~yes, Councilmen <br />Noes, Councilmen <br />Absent, Councilmen <br /> <br />Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr., Dale H. Heinly <br />Nome <br />Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall <br /> <br />The council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Gould, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Ordinance entitledi~ <br /> <br />"Ordinance No. NS-~44 reducing the prima facie speed limit on <br /> portion of Greenville Street between Edinger Street and <br /> Delhi Road" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Counctlmen <br />Noes, Councilmen <br />Absent, Councilmen <br /> <br />Royal E. Hall <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Heinly, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitle~: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 60-55 initiating proceedings for the annexation of <br />territory to the City of Santa Aha, designating an appropriate <br />name of 'Baims Annex No. l' for said territory and giving notice <br />of protest hearing thereo?~'' <br /> <br />and setting hearing date of Maylg~ 1960, was considered and passed by the follow- <br /> <br />ing vote: <br /> <br />~yes, Councilmen Royal E. Ail documents were ordered refer- <br /> red back to the City for correction and re-submission to the Boundary Commission, <br /> From the Boundary Coe~ission regarding proposed annexation of territory to <br /> the City of Garden Grove "Annexation No. 96 - Revised", and advising the boundar- <br /> ies of the proposed annexation are reasonably definite and certain although it <br /> cuts property lines. This proposed annexation also overlaps "Annexation No. 2T' <br /> to the City of Westminster and a portion of territory presently in the City of <br /> Garden Grove, <br /> From Leslie E.
