April 1 to Noon on April 3, 1960. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Gould and carried, the application of <br />The American Cancer Society was granted to again conduct the annual Crusade for <br />funds for research, education and service, beginning April 18th through April BOth, <br />1960. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Gould and carried, the request of the <br />Manager rec~,ending changes in the 1959-1960 budget, was postponed until the next <br />meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
