Robert Rand, 2721 W. 17th Street, advised the vehicles do <br /> <br />not diminish their speed as they approach this area, which is on the outskirts of <br /> <br />town, and a dangerous situation exists for pedestrians, namely the children. It <br /> <br />was moved by Councilma~n~ Gould, seconded by Heinly and carried, that the matter be <br /> <br />referred to the Public Works Department to investigate the feasibility of installing <br />traffic signals, or if the area should be re-signed. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by Heinly and carried, action was postponed <br /> <br />until the next meeting on the Application of the M. & W.
