On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Gould and carried, ninety-day extensio~s of time were granted, as recommended by the Planning Camission, on the following Variance Applications: Variance Application No. 11~, grante{l June 1, 1959, to Clarence and Ralph Sielaff, to permit establishment and operation of a trailer park on property on the east side of Standard Avenue, between McFadden Avenue and St. An4rew Place, in M-1 District, Variance Application No. 1135, granted September 8, 1959, to Elite Sales Cor- poration~ to permit construction of 36 t~i~lexes on B6 lots, on property between Hobart and Edinger Streets, immediately west of the James Madison School and Park, Variance Application No. 1149, granted August 3, 1959, to John and Soledad Mercado, to permit conwtruction of one building, consisting of four two-bedroom apartments and fou~ garages, on property at 1918 W. 2nd Street, in the R-2 District, Variance Application No. 1159, granted August 17, 1959, to William H.
