On motion of Councilman Hubbard Petition "S~venteenth and Wright Streets N.E.Annex" seconded by Gould and carried, the oral report of the Planning Director was A petition was presented signed by Carl J. Klatt and John A. Earvey~ requesting annexation to the City of Santa Aha of certain territory bounded on the north by Garden Grove Freeway, on the east by Yorba Street, on the south by Seventeenth Street, and on the west by Santiago Street, but excluding that portion bounded by Tustin Avenue, Seventeenth Street, Yorba Street and Santa Clara Avenue, to be kno%ra as "Seventeenth and Wright Streets N.E. Annex", consisting of approximately 900 acres, and on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the Beso.No.60-69 )eclaring consent ~o commence proceed- Lugs "Seventeenth and Wright Streets N.E. APPROVED: petition was received end filed. The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitle~: "ResolUtiou No. 60-69 declaring the consent of the City Council of Santa Ana to commencement of proceedings under the Annexation Act of 1913" of terri~ex-y designated "Seventeenth and Wright Streets N.E.
