<br />"Resolution No. 60-68 of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
<br />and determining and declaring that weeds which when mature bear
<br />wingy or downy seeds which will attain such a large growth as to
<br />become a fire menace when dry, or which are noxious or dangerous,
<br />are growing upon certain streets~ sidewalks~ and private property
<br />in sa~d City of Santa Aha, and are a public nuisance: Directing
<br />the Director of Public Works to post notices to destroy said weeds
<br />as required by law: Fixing the time for hearing objections and
<br />protests, and d~recting the abatement thereof in accordance with
<br />Chapter l~, Part 2, Division 3, Title 4 of the Government Cede
<br />of the State of California"

<br />between Newhope Street and a point approximately llO0 feet east of Harbor Boulevard
<br />
<br />hi~ to be opened May 2, 1960.
