The Mayor declared a hearing will be held on the establishing of future <br /> <br />right-of-way lines on First Street -Bolsa Avenue. David J. Keller, 1646 E. First <br /> <br />Street, protested the proposed Setback would adversely affect the present value of <br /> <br />his property and his plans to build thereupon; the proposed widening will take an <br /> <br />additional 27 feet from the center of the street to the curb line. The Mayor de- <br /> <br />clared the hearing closed on First Street -Bolsa Avenue. The Mayor declared a <br /> <br />hearing will be held on the establishing of future right-of-way lines on Dyer Road <br />(Proposed Talbert Avenue). Hugh Ward, 2802 So. Halliday Street, stated his propert~ <br />is on the corner of Dyer Road and Halliday Street, and the proposed widening would <br /> <br />reduce his lot to 20 by 120 feet and make the property unsaleable. The Manager re- <br /> <br />plied that hardship cases could make a representation to his office to negotiate <br /> <br />for the purchase of such property by the City. The Mayor declared the hearing <br /> <br />closed on Dyer Road (Proposed Talbert Avenue).
