McLean, 12835 East Westminster Boules <br />yard, advising need for correction of the drainage problem along Westminster Avenue <br /> <br />west of the river bridge to Sidney Street, and stating there is a serious traffic <br /> <br />hazard. The Manager orally reportedthat the correction of this drainage problem <br /> <br />would not be timely due to the expense involved, and recommended that the Director <br /> <br />of Public Works include this project in his next budget. On motion of Councilman <br /> <br />Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and. carried, the communication was received, filed., and!! <br /> <br />the Clerk instructed to notify Mr. McLean that the Department of Public Works was <br /> <br />directed to include this project in the next budget. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by GouTd and carried, the following Resolution entitle~: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 60-96 concerning intersection control in <br />accordance t here~clth" <br /> <br />and inDtalllng "Stop" sign designating ali. north and south bound traffic on Ross <br /> <br />Street shall "Stop." to traffic on Nineteenth Street, and repealing and rescinding <br /> <br />Resolution No. 56-P8]. adopted November 5, ]956, was considered and passed by the <br /> <br />follow5 ng vote: <br /> <br />byes, Councilmen Royal E. ~Wubbard, Stanley C.
