<br />in the R-~ District. Attorney Eugene Katnik, Bll W. 8th Street, representing the

<br />applicant, stated he had submitted to the Planning Department an e]evated plan of
<br />
<br />the proposed construction, and the Planning Director recommended separation from
<br />
<br />the existing dwelling with possible relocation of the building, in an easterly dir-
<br />
<br />eetion. Councilman Heinly remarked the applicant would incur heavy expense in
<br />
<br />changing the construction if the area is developed into Con~nercial use. Attorney
<br />
<br />Katnik stated the business uould be of a quiet semi-professional nature, and suffi-
<br />
<br />eient parking would be provided without interfering wdth ingress or egress. Council-
<br />
<br />man Brewer disqualified himself on this matter. The Council having unanimously
<br />waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by
<br />Hubbard and carried, the following Resolution entitled:
