The applican~ <br />objected to certain conditions, stating that on a portion of his property there are <br />four apartments, and the front part of the building encroaches upon the ten feet re- <br />quired by the City for the future widening of 17th Street. Also, he desires to cone <br />struct a store building on this parcel, and is unable to do so due to the Building <br /> <br /> <br />
