Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen None <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />CounciLman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Resolution entit <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 60-162 amending Resolutions Nos. 57-277, 57-280, <br /> 57-B09, 58-10B and 58-206 to modify parking prohibitions and <br /> regulations on North Main Street between First and Eighth Streets" <br /> <br />and providing for changing the NO PARKING times on Main Street from First to Eighth <br />Streets, from B p.m. to 6 p.m. to l0 a.m. to 9 p.m., as recommended by the Depart- <br />ment of Public Works, wes considered andpassed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen None <br /> <br />The Manager reported reference the co~mmnication and Resolution from the Department <br />of Public Works for channelization on Bristol Street between 18th Street and 95 fe. <br />northerly of 19th Street requiring No Parkio4~ Zones. Irene Noble, 2005 No. Bristol <br />Street protested the No Parking restrictions, stating this would affect not only <br />her property but also her neighbors, and deprive them of parking for visitors. It <br />was moved by Councilman Gould that the matter be tabled. Motion lost for lack of <br />second.
