Executive and Middle-Management Compensation Plan. <br />There is hereby established a special comPensation plan for officers and~ <br />employees in classes of employment designated as unrepresented Executive <br />Management (EM) or Middle-Management (MM), the provisions of which are <br />hereinbelow set forth. <br /> <br /> (a) Manasement P&y Plan. For officers and employees designated <br />as Executive or Middle-Management, the provisions of this Resolution relating <br />to assignment of officers and employees to five (5) step salary and wage <br />rate ranges, beginning rates, and advancement within rate ranges shall be <br />modified and applied in the following manner: <br /> <br /> <br />
