<br />1. New integral color concrete per sample #23-026E-SD. 4" thick. concrete paving, reinforced with
<br />6x6/1 Ox 10 WWM, over 4" Class 11 recycled base.
<br />1 New Blue Glass Uthocrete paving, integral color 4" concrete paving, reinforced with 6x6/1 Ox 10
<br />WWM over 4" Class 11 base at decorative paving circle.
<br />3. T.Jt lion-iosaic Animals at Decorative paving circle, Macaw, Ocelot, Otter, Monkey per detail G/DD0 1
<br />4. Decorative etched tree branching with TB Penick & Soil's coloration system earth toile color per
<br />cletail G/DDO I (Vector Artwork to be provided by others)
<br />5. Labor and equipment to excavate 8" deep and haul off spoil's material.
<br />6. Sealer at all colored concrete & Caulking at expansion joints
<br />Add/Alternate Inclusions:
<br />1. Provided all labor to set Lip and to remove temporary fencing. Note: Owner to provide all parts
<br />necessary for the proper installation of f'encing.
<br />Specific Site Concrete Exclusions:
<br />1. CONCRETE: All other concrete not listed above, footings for masonry walls, wall cap, structural,
<br />concrete waits, footings for concrete walls, pan filled stairs, topping on deck, Schedule *J' Paving
<br />2. POST FOOTINGS: equipment post footings, sign footings, fence and gate post footings, pipe bollard
<br />footings
<br />.Site Concrete Standard Exclusions (typically covered by other trades).
<br />1. WATERPROOFING: joint cleaning, patch or repair waterproofing
<br />2. DRAINAGE STRUCTURES: trench drain fin-nished or installed, cut off walls, drainage structures,
<br />inlets, clean outs, catch basins, manholes, wing headwalls, Type D-75 brow ditch, all concrete
<br />drainage swales or ditches that are noted as "concrete, air -placed concrete OrgUnite", concrete around
<br />area drains, trench resurfacing,
<br />3. ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL: transformer pad, mechanical or electrical pads, light fiXtUrC
<br />footing, light pole bases
<br />4. ENGINEERING: engineering, staking, testing, inspection
<br />5. GENERAL CONTRACTOR: traffic control (signs, barricades, permits, traffic control plan)
<br />6. GRADING: removal or replacement Of unsuitable or wet subgrade material, potholing for/relocation
<br />or adjustment of' utilities, weed control, import and export of soils, rock removal or handling,
<br />protection of work from runoff", dewatering, scarify and recompact subgrade for curbs or flatwork
<br />paving, backfitl curbs, wall or footing backfill, base material beneath site concrete, Dewatering and all
<br />added costs associated with re -cleaning footing excavations, grading and compaction of subgrade due
<br />to inclement weather and flooding.
<br />7. MISCELLANEOUS: sawcut or demolition of existing work, core drilling for handrails, precast
<br />items, furnish or install detectable warning surface
