Heinly <br /> <br />The Council ~aving unanimously waived the reading of the 0rdinance: on motion of <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Ordinance <br /> <br /> "Ordinance No. NS-h63 amending Article IX of the Santa An~ Municipal <br /> Code to change district classification on Amendment Application No. <br /> 313 and emending Sectional District Map 8-5-9 (Exhibit 313 A)" <br /> <br />initiated by the Planning Commission, to reclassify from R-2 District to C-2 and <br />R-2B Districts~ property bounded on the east by a line approximately 200 feet west <br />of the center line of Wright Street, on the north by the south line of Tracts 1630 <br />and 1411, on the west by a line approximately 25© feet east of the center line of <br />McClay Street, and on the south by a line approximately 150 feet north of First <br />Street, was considered end passed by the followiug vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E.
