Heinly <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of <br /> <br />CounciLman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Ordinance entitled <br /> <br /> "Ordinance No. NS-h65 adding new sections to the Santa Ana <br /> Municipal Code to provide for sewer and water connections <br /> with City systems from land outside of the City limits" <br /> <br />amending Chapter 5 of Article VII by adding new Sections Nos. 7504 and 7505, refer- <br />ence request of the Me~r~!~ol~tan Savings and Loan Association for the annexation <br /> <br />of Tentative Tract No. 3741, was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen <br />Noes, Councilmen <br />Absent, Councilmen <br /> <br />Royal E.
