Ordinance hearing This being the date set for/on annexation of property consisting of approximately 10 acres located roughly 100 feet north of Grovemont Street, extending between Santiago and Lincoln Streets; no protests were received and the hearing was closed On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "Ordinance declaring the annexation of that certain territory designated 'Lincoln and Virginia W. Annex'" was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. This being the date set for hearing on Amendment of Street and Highway Element of Master Plan to consist of redesignating Grand Avenue from a four-lane to a slx- lane primary street between Santiago Creek and Delhi Road; and Bristol Street from a four-lane to s six-lane primary street between Memory Lane and. Delhi Road; no protests were received and the hearing was closed. On motion of Councilman seconded by Gould and carried, the Affidavit of Publication of Public Hearing was received and filed. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carrie the fol.lowing Ordinance entitled: "Ordinance amending the M~ster Plan of Streets and Highways to affect Bristol Street between Memory Lane and De]hi Road" was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. This being the date set for hearing on Amendment Application No. 316, initiated by the Planning Cmmnission, amending Sectional District Map ll-5-10, Exhibit 316-A, t reclassify from M-1 and C-1 Districts to C-2 District, property bounded on the by To~nsend Street, on the south by First Street, on the west by a line 610o56 east of the center line of Sullivan Street, and on the north by a line 602.32 feet north of the center line of First Street; no protests were received and the ~s closed. On motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "Ordinance amending Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to change district classification on Amendment ApPli- cation No. ~16 and. amending Sectional District Map ll-5-10 (Exhibit ~16 B)" ~s introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. This being the date set for hearing on Amendment Application No. 317, initiated the Planning Commission, amending Sectional District Map l~-5-10, Exhibit 317-A, to reclassify from R-1 District to R-2 District, property described as that area bounded by McFadden Avenue, Clara Street, Wilshire Avenue and Sullivan no protests were received and the hearing was closed. On motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "ordinance amending Article ~X of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to change district classification on Amendment Appli- cation No. 317 snd amending Sectional District Map 14-5-10 (Exhibit 317-A)" was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. This being the date set for hearing on Amendment Application No. 318, initiated bl the Planning Commission, amending Sectional District Map 30-5-9, Exhibit ~18-A, to reclassify from R-l, R-2, C-2 and M-1 Districts to R-R, R-2B~ and C-1 Districts preper~y bounded on the north by Delhi Road, on the west by a line approximately ll5 feet east of Main Street, on the south by a line approximately 158 feet south of Emmett Street, and on the east by a line approximately 150 feet east of Ever- green Street~ excepting therefrc~ that area zoned R-l, botmded on the east by Street~ on the north by Delhi Boad, on the south by Central Avenue, and on the by a line 140 feet west of the center line of Orange Avenue~ which shall remain in
