Piping for same to be installed. <br /> Install two (2) 8" x 8" vents with perforated metal screenin doors of darkroc~ <br /> cabinet, under photographic sink. <br />5. Items furnished by Owner to be installed by Contractor. <br /> <br />All work to be completed, including profit and overhead, for the sum of $2,~89.63. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the oral request <br /> <br />of City Manager Carl J. Thornton was granted for permission to leave the City from <br /> <br />October 16 thrOUgh 22, 1960, with expenses paid~ to attend the International City <br /> <br />Managers' Conference in San Francisco, and for an interview with the official in <br /> <br />charge of the State Employees' Retirement System in Sacramento. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Manager, and on motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by <br /> <br />Hubbard and carried, the Clerk was authorized to advertise for bids for the sale <br /> <br />of the old Public Library property site, located on the northMest corner of Fifth <br /> <br />and Sycamore Streets; bids to be opened November 7, 1960, in the Council Chamber, <br /> <br />and no bid of less than $92,000.00 will be considered. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the City Council <br /> <br />adjourned. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />· ~~t~e Council <br /> <br /> <br />
