City Council met in regular session. <br />Meeting called to order by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Santa Aha City Hall <br />October 17, 1960 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr. <br /> A. A. Hall <br /> <br />Absent: Councilmen Dale H.
