Heinly, Bob Brewer~ A. A. Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen Stanley C. Gould~ Jr. <br /> <br />The Council having tuuanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion <br />of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Resolution <br />entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 60-219 concerning parking limitations and <br /> curb markings in accordance therewith" <br /> <br /> establishing No Parking Zones on the east side of North Artesia Street, between <br /> Eighth end Ninth Streets~ reference request of Leslie T.
