<br /> pArt~ent"s letter of November 21, 1960. Councilman Heinly stated he is objecting
<br /> to the cul-de-sac on the grounds that the City Council is compounding previous
<br /> errors in closing off Tenth Street. The Mayor inqUired if residents of the area
<br /> were present and twenty-eight persons stood.

<br /> view Street, approved by the City Council at the meeting of November 7, 1960, subJe
<br /> to all conditions. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried
<br /> Preliminary Record of Survey Map No. 190, filed by A1 Bruning, was approved, subJec
<br /> to conditions, and that condition (h) be deleted from the conditions imposed.

<br /> On motion of Councllr"au Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, proper officials
<br /> were authorized to execute the following agreements:
<br />
<br /> With Reagan & Tebault, a partnership, dated November 21, 1960, to empleY the
<br />Engineers to furnish complete plans, including architectural, structural, mechanica
<br />and electrical design and specifications for the work of altering and rehabilitatin
<br />the portions of the City Hall formerly used by the Police Department, and to inte-
<br />grate the same into the use of the overall structure; and
<br />
<br /> With Gardendale Builders, Incorporated, dated November 21, 1960, for the rec~v
<br />cry of cost for off-site sewer on Sugar Avenue from the west property line of New-
<br />hope Street to a manhole 1~38 feet west, the sum of $5.46 per front foot on each
<br />side of the street except in Tract No. 2905; and for the sewage from any area other
<br />than the 10.5 acres in Tract No. 2905, the sum of $208.36 per acre for each acre
<br />utilizing the sewer ejector until a total of sixty acres including the above said
<br />10.5 acres is reached.

<br />It was moved by Counci]~au Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, that Escrow
<br />Instructions No. 45~7~-C, dated October 27, 1960, be approved and signed with
<br />
<br />N. F. and Zereda Andrews, for property on the north side of First Street, west of
<br />Sullivan Street, in the sum of $2,826.20.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution~ on motion of
<br />CounciLman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Resolution entitl
<br />
<br /> "Resolution No. 60-235 accepting deed where City is paying
<br /> a cash consideration"
<br />

<br />west of Sullivan Street, in the sum of $2,826.20, was considered and passed by the
<br />following vote:
