<br />proaches on Jackson Street at the Jackson Primary School, located on the northwest
<br />corner of Sugar Avenue and Jackson Street, as recommended by the Department of
<br />Public Works, was considered and passed by the following vote:

<br />way between West 17th and 19th Streets; and the intersection of College Avenue and
<br />19th Street. On motion of Councilman Brewer~ seconded by Heinly and carried, the
<br />m~tter was ref err e d t o the Administrative Staff for further study and report
<br />at the next regular meeting.
