<br />Street; and establishing No Parking Zones on the north and south sides of Hazard
<br />Street between Rosita and Berni Streets, reference request mf Principal, Ro~i~a

<br />On motion of CouncilmanHubbard~ seconded by Brewer an~ carried, the Manager Was
<br />directed to write a letter to the Board of Directors, Sanitatio~ District No. 7,
<br />offering to pay the cost of treatment of sewage generated within the City Limits
<br />and within that Sanitation District, permitting single billing, thereby eliminating
<br />the necessity of large collection costs.

<br /> Orange County Feeder Line of the Metropolitan Water District
<br /> is urgently needed and urging all cities, public agencies and
<br /> water users in Orange County to Jointly participate with the
<br /> Metropolitan Water District in the joint construction and
<br /> financing of said feeder line"

<br />regarding the location of Christmas tree sales lots, and suggesting protective de-
<br />vices to assure a safe and respectable lot before and after Christmas, and on motic
<br />of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the Manager was authorized
<br />to exercise, with discretion, the applications for Christmas tree sales lots, sub-
<br />Ject to the approval of the Fire Marshall.
