Mitzel, to park trucks and carryalls on property! <br /> <br />at 1517 Berrydale Street, in the C-1 District, stated Public Notice Cards were sent <br /> <br />to all present property owners within 300 feet of the exterior boundaries of the <br /> <br />property involved in Variance Application No. 1396, in accordance with the"ZoniD~ <br /> <br />Ordinance of 1960." However, due to a land contract property purchase procedure, <br /> <br />Charles Scrofani, 1605 No. Berrydale Street and others did not receive public notices <br />in time to attend the Z~ning ASmtnistrator hearing on November 23, 1960, and recog-! <br /> <br />nizing this circumstance, the Planning Department appeals Variance Application No. <br /> <br />1396, in order to provide for a second public hearing before the City Council for <br /> <br /> <br />
